I demonstrated my homemade version of this game at several conferences this year. It is not only a favorite of my younger students, but also a favorite with conferees in my classes.  I am very excited to share with you, that as promised in class it is now a product you can purchase it in the store.  Just click the banner above and  you will be taken directly to the store.

When I play this activity with my students  I usually ask for them to name the note on the card they draw before being able to park.  As usual, I have included in the instructions 3 different ways to play this activity. Sometimes the variety between the 3 different ways is large. However, I think the variety included in these 3 different sets of instructions is small because all of them involve parking the car. That is what is so attractive to the kids about this activity.  The rest of the instructions vary enough though that students will still not know what to expect until you give them the instructions.
