Back to School

So here we go. Shopping for back to school supplies, games, new piano books, and just anything that looks like it will help me teach music. I also found another game that I am excited about using. It is a resource from my friend, Linda Seamans. The game is called Don’t Eat Pete. First of all, I love that it is a print and go game. No prep. This is such a fun way to review the symbols that we worked so hard last year to learn. I can also use this for assessment later in the year for students that will be learning these symbols this year. Plus she recommends candy or cereal to cover the symbols on the card.
